Zutter-Brock, Eric David
age 35, beloved son, nephew, cousin and friend, left this earth far too soon on July 27, 2022. Born in St. Peters, he attended Francis Howell High School and graduated from McKendree University with a degree in Education and History. He was a loving son, nephew, cousin, and loyal friend. Eric was known for his kind heart, winsome smile, love of trivia, history, music, and an impish sense of humor. He enjoyed playing darts, Cardinals baseball, a good beer with friends, and collecting various LPs from the 60s and 70s. He was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church until its closing.
Eric was the son of Pamela Zutter-Brock and Bruce Carrol Brock (deceased), Aunt and Godmother - Debby Zutter (partner Alice Williams), Aunt Diana Scranton (spouse Conrad and Eric's Godfather), Uncle David Brock (spouse Barb)(both deceased), Aunt Mary Ellen Rutledge (spouse Mike) (both deceased), and cousins Christina Scranton, Nicole Wright (spouse Andy), Sarah Rutledge, Elizabeth Rutledge (deceased), Susan Rutledge Golden, Lauren Leon, and Leah Brock.
Services: A Celebration of Life will be held the evening of Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Piazza Messina, Cottleville, MO.
Eric's family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all the first responders and neighbors who assisted on July 27th. And heartfelt thanks for the prayers, condolences, and support during this tragic time.
