My dad was the captain of the Ferguson Fire Department back in the early days. My siblings (7) and I so looked forward to Friday nights when dad would bring home a stolen. Ferguson is forever in our hearts. Thanks for the memories and the sweets.

Erwin was such a delightful gentleman who loved his wife, Mary, so dearly. He loved music and was devoted to his wife, his family, his work, and his music. I had the privilege of knowing Erwin and Mary during their stay at Parkside Retirement Living. Erwin--you are missed here on earth, but you and Mary must be dancing in Heaven now.

I grew up in Ferguson. My brother David Cook and Tommy Sonderegger had a snow cone business when they were young kids. Dave & I just talked about it last year ! Went to Vogt school and before school we had to go to the Best Bakery in the world. They had a pineapple apple stolen my dad bought every Monday. I still miss that place.
I Love Ferguson and Sonderegger's bakery. Thank you Erwin & Mary for making it a very special childhood.
It was like a Norman Rockwell City then.

Your bakery was such a wonderful part of growing up in Ferguson. My mom and dad, Alice and Russell Cole, were faithful customers from when they first came to Ferguson in 1950 until their deaths. I remember how special it was when I was old enough to ride my bicycle to Church Street with my friend Josalea. We would always go to the library for a Nancy Drew book, stop by the police station to visit the policemen and the last stop was your bakery for a Long John.
Thanks for the wonderful memories.

My Grandmother really enjoyed the cheese cakes from the bakery. The Barrientos Family sends our condolences.
