Frances Mais Obituary

Frances French Mais, born August 30, 1942, in Glendale, MO, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024, in Green Valley, AZ, at the age of 82.
Fran was the beloved wife and best friend of Jim, devoted mother to Dan and Bob (Kay) Schweizer, cherished grandmother to Andrew, and step-grandmother to Austin, Jake, and Troy. She was also a dear aunt to Pete and Brian.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Pete and Katherine French, and her sister, Kathy Bredehoeft.
She embraced life with joy, finding happiness in the work she did with PEO International, her love of cats, sewing, cooking, golf, reading, and connecting with people.

Fran was an exceptional person in many ways. She certainly will be missed. I am glad that I had the opportunity to visit her when she was in Memory Care.

Played golf with Fran at Quail Creek. She was so fun. We missed her when she moved to Arizona. My sincere condolences to her family. She will be deeply missed.
