Osborn, Gene Lee 76 , Sat., Nov. 23, 2013. Beloved husband of Jane (Hertlein) Osborn; dear father of Gary (Debbie) Osborn and Alan (Kari) Osborn; dear grandfather of Becky (Dan) Teal, Grant (Jess) Osborn, Michael Osborn and Rachael Osborn; brother of Kathleen (John) Fuller, Paul (Esther) Osborn and Rosemary Osborn. Survived by many other relatives and friends. Gene was a US Navy Veteran. He was currently a Mechanical Engineer, 48 years at Emerson Electric. He was active in Khoury League and CYC Sports. Services: Visitation 9 a.m. until service beginning 12 noon, Sat., Nov. 30 at Hutchens Mortuary, Florissant. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society. www.hutchensmortuary.com

Gene, I am so sorry I could not get in touch with you last week. I left you a message at work, I just wanted to take you out for lunch and talk about all the good time we shared together at Emerson and yearly at my home in St. Louis before moving to Sidney ohio. I just moved back from Ohio after retiring and just missed you by a few days. May you rest in peace and may God bless your family, You were a trooper and a good friend. I will miss you my friend.
