Mayor Dielmann gave me a residential building variance in 1981. When I saw him a few years ago, I shook his hand and reminded him of what he did for me and he named the street. He remembered. Such a good man. My condolences to the Dielmann family.

My deepest condolences to Harold's family and friends. When you talk about the history of Creve Coeur, Harold's name comes up. I began volunteering in Creve Coeur about 20 years ago because of Harold. And I haven't stopped volunteering. The jovial manner, quick smile, engaging conversation, all classic Harold. May this good man rest in peace, smiling and knowing that he lived a life that truly made a difference.

My father, Thomas M. Gaughran, Sr., worked with Harold Dielmann at A T & T years ago. I recall fondly my father speaking frequently of Mr. Dielmann and their work together. Deepest sympathy to his entire family. Christine R. (Gaughran) Durbin
