Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Saturday, April 9, 2022. Beloved Husband of the late Dorothea Mae Rau (nee Sorenson); dearest Father of Ronald (Cindy Kurzendoerfer) Rau, Laura Rau, Lisa (Matthew) Rueschhoff, and Christopher Rau; dear grandfather of Justin, Jeremy, Johnathan, Austin, Tyler, Edward, Elanor, and the late Ryan; great-grandfather of Ethan; beloved brother of Mary Carroll: our dear cousin and friend. Howard Rau served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Services: Vis. Fri., Apr. 22, 4 – 8 p.m. at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Funeral Mass Sat., Apr. 23, 10 a.m. at St. Jude Church, 2218 North Warson Rd. (Overland). Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
