My heart goes out to Jeff, my long-time college friend, and his mother Phyllis, during the loss of Hyman. Hyman and Phyliss' founding of The National Organization of Parents of Murdered Children, St. Louis Chapter, role in changing MO State Laws, and Hyman serving NOPMC as National President, is a living legacy for all families who experience this unspeakable loss.
