I met Jacob recently as a patient in our Dental office. I remember him as a happy, well spoken, and funny person. I want to say how sorry I'm for Your loss...I'm keeping the memorie of Jacob as a nice one, just like the impression He has left on me... (Jacob's favorite Dental Assistant)

I went to school with Jacob from grade school through high school and he was just one of those people who everyone couldn't help but like. I'm sure everyone has good memories of him that they'll hold onto forever, I know I have quite a few. Were going to miss him.
