Age 77 of Saint Louis, MO, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Micky was born in Beirut, Lebanon on February 22, 1948 to the late Antoine Gennaoui and Hilda (Rahmeh) Gennaoui. He moved to St. Louis in 1975 to pursue his post medical training at St Louis University. On February 19, 1977, he married the love of his life, Claude Tabet in Beirut and brought her back to St. Louis where they began their life together and raised their family. Known for his kind heart and quick wit, Micky was a Radiologist at St. Anthony's Hospital for over 33 years, and devoted his life to his family, faith, and community.

Micky is survived by his wife, Claude Gennaoui, his children Joelle (Brad) Zieren, Anthony (Silke) Gennaoui, and Danielle Gennaoui; his grandchildren Jonathan, Karina, and Dominic Zieren, and Michael and Mason Gennaoui; sister May Nicole Gennaoui, and brother Charles Selim (Nil Danisman) Gennaoui.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Antoine and Hilda Rahmeh Gennaoui, his sister Marie Josette Gennaoui, and his brother Antoine Joseph Gennaoui.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00pm on Thursday, October 23, at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood, MO. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30am on Friday, October 24, at St. Anselm Parish at St. Louis Abbey, 530 S Mason Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141. Private interment will follow at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery.
