John C. Healy

Healy, John C. Sun., Nov. 17, 2013. Dear son of the late John and Adele Healy; dear brother of Patricia Adele (the late John) Filko and Jeremiah D. (the late Sharon) Healy; dear uncle of Joe, John P. (Maryann), Barb (Jerry), Laurie, Jeffrey (Maureen), Julie and the late Mark and Mike; great-uncle of Shirley, Sara, Caroline, Spenser, Caitlin, Ashlin, Erin and Haylie and Ashley; great-great-uncle of Colin. John was a member of the MAC, enjoyed racquetball and all sports, was a big Cardinal fan and loved his dogs. He was a computer analyst for McDonnell Douglas then received his law degree from SLU, moved to New York where he worked for Wide World of Sports. When he moved back to St. Louis, he opened his own law practice and represented many sports athletes. He practiced law until he passed. Services: funeral from the ORTMANN STIPANOVICH Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sat. Nov. 23, 9:30 a.m. to St. Luke the Evangelist Church for 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to SLU Scholarship Program appreciated. Visitation 4-9 p.m. Friday.
