I worked for John at Saint Louis CB, when I was in high school. I have fond memories of him, Bonnie, and their English Bulldog, Spike

Well John, you're finally out of pain and at peace.....Thank God.
I knew you your whole Life....
67 yrs....long time in anybody's book.
We had so many good times together....Adventurer's Camp-
You may have been the only camper who Head of Camp,
Capt Robinson, actually knew their name...."Where is John Muffet?"
Well, you were the youngest lad ever to attend.
Fall Lake Farm - best darn duck club in MO!.....just wish it was on the Mississippi not the Cuivre...
ho!ho!
So many good times with the
Moffats, Lynches and Dolans!
Swim Parties and BBQs @ the Moffats....we'd come over for Q,
so much smoke at your house,
thought your Old Man had set the neighbourhood on fire!
And always, lots and lots of laughs....we were a fun and funny group?
Gonna miss you Johnny.
Time to head up to the Boundary Waters and do some real fishing!!
Tell everbody Hi! when you get
there and don't forget to give my regards to the Captain and Mrs. R.

Sharing a memory here. I work at Schaeffer's Mfg. downtown. I was fairly new at Schaeffer's and I saw this guy walking around. He didn't look familiar. I asked kind of boldly, "So, Who are you?" After that introductory conversation, he was "Mr. Moffat" to me. I could tell... kindness mattered to him. He always stopped. Smiled. Shared a Hello. Mr. Moffat, You're family is right. Missed by many. Forgotten by none. Dear Moffat Family and many Friends, I send you all Love and Healing Hugs. This one's hard. - Christine Hepler
