I worked with Joe for several years while with Southwestern Bell in St. Louis in the 60's. We became friends, played golf together and he was a god-father to my oldest son.He was a proud St. Louisan and was always a pleasure to be around, and a true gentleman to the ladies.

We will always remember Joe for his great kindness, dignity, intelligence and understanding of people. He was an exceptional example of what a man should be.

Rest in peace Joe.
