Lee, Kathryn Kaeser

Kathryn Kaeser Lee passed away in the company of her family on Saturday, October 18, 2025 after her birthday party in Kirkwood, Missouri celebrating her 100th birthday which was October 19, 1925.

Known as Kathy, she is survived by her daughter, Janelle; her son, Robert; grandchildren, Chloé, Robbie and Savannah; two great grandchildren, Quinton and Madelyn. Kathy, and her sister, Sue Ann Moore of Nashville, Tennessee.

Kathy was born in Nashville. She attended Sullins College in Bristol, Virginia and Vanderbilt University where she was a member of AO? and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1947. She married Robert Francis Lee, Jr. on June 12, 1947 and moved to St. Louis in 1954 where they raised their two children who eventually both graduated from Kirkwood High School.

Kathy loved to travel. She volunteered at St. John's Mercy Hospital for over 32 years and was active in the Panhellenic Association of St. Louis, including the Gavel Club, for over 50 years

She stayed active all her life with golf, bowling, walking and eating heathy. She eventually moved to Bethesda Gardens where she has spent the last 6 wonderful years. She will be truly missed by all.

Graveside services will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery where her husband lays. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Samaritan's Purse.
