Kenneth Musbach Obituary

Musbach, Kenneth William on Friday, July 20, 2018, beloved husband of Joan Musbach (nee Wohlgemuth). He will be missed by his daughters Suzanne (Mark) Walker and Darlene Musbach and by his wonderful grandchildren Blake Tutterow, Lindsey (Jonathan) Brillo and Melissa (Joe) Walker. He was also blessed with a great-granddaughter Emma Brillo. Predeceased by his brothers Gene (Betty Rose) Musbach and Ralph (Jean) Musbach, and his sister Gerrie McCleery (Smiley). Ken was born in Cape Girardeau, reared in Fulton and graduated from the University of Missouri. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. His early career in business was with Standard Oil. He was President of Musbach Chevrolet in Olney, IL. Upon returning to St. Louis, he worked as business manager for Eden Seminary, Paraquad and as Vice President for Finance and Administration at Lindenwood University. Services: Memorial service Mon., July 30, 11 a.m. at First Congregational Church of Webster Groves, 10 W. Lockwood Ave., 63119. Visitation Sun., 3-6 p.m. at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood. Interment private, at Jefferson Barracks. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Louis Society for the Blind or First Congregational Church of Webster Groves. The family extends thanks to the physicians and staff of the Washington University Eye Center and the Retina Institute for their work to preserve Ken's vision for well over a decade. They also wish to express gratitude to the BJC Hospice staff for their excellent and compassionate care.
