Dear Dr Simpson - I met Lillian when she worked at Northminster Church with the Family Helper Service - I was secretary there for many years. We became and remained fast friends - quarterback luncheons - football games - my husband repairing scratches on her car - I even typed a story of your family for her several years ago. I loved her very much - she was such a beautiful and dear lady. You were visiting her when I called several weeks ago when I was in St. Louis and she was to call me to have dinner with her when you left. I did not hear from her and I had to return to Florida. Could you please tell me how she died and went to be with Joe. My sympathy to you and your family - she talked about you and your children all the time - even had me watching a basketball game when John David was going to play! I will never forget her! Sincerely, Marj Greene
