Loebner, Louis B.
November 1, 2024. Beloved husband of Carole Loebner. Dear father and father-in-law of Lynn Rothbarth and Jeffrey (Mindi) Loebner. Loving grandfather of Adam (Austin Williams-Rothbarth) Rothbarth, Erin (Casey Calloway) Loebner, Drew (Minal Karlekar) Rothbarth and Alex Loebner. Cherished great-grandfather of Miles and Sierra Rothbarth and Lucy Calloway. Dear cousin and friend to many.
Lou was a brilliant light in the lives of his family and his friends: kind, loving, caring, and giving, with a contagious sense of fun and humor. He was a great inspiration and a source of integrity and wisdom to his family; and he loved sharing his deep knowledge of magic tricks, early jazz music, finance, and more with his grandchildren. Lou was deeply dedicated to his community and served on the board of many organizations.
Private services were held. Contributions in Lou's memory may be made to Congregation Temple Israel, The Foundation of Barnes-Jewish Hospital, or a charitable organization of your choice.
