Fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church Thurs., Dec. 4, 2025 at the age 93. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Daniel G. Croghan; dear mother of Denise (Frank) Runco, Donna (Dan) Richardson, Daniel (Annette) Croghan, Diana Croghan and Douglas (Kathryn) Croghan; cherished grandmother of Thomas (Emily) Runco, Daniel Runco and Nicole (Ryan) Devine, Jennifer (Matt) Sieb, Kevin, Mitchell and Danny Richardson, Daniel Croghan, Katherine (Ian) Kile and Colin Croghan, Alison (Patrick) Edwards, Elizabeth (Glenn) Konersmann, Derek and Joseph Stoehner, Jack, Madeline and William Croghan; and loving great-grandmother of Milton, Henry, Leo, August, Elsie, Croghan, Jamison, Michaela, Brendan and Adelheid. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers. Dearest sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many.
Mary Ann was a beloved long time employee and confrater of the St. Louis Priory for 55 years and member of St. Monica Parish. She had a great devotion to her faith and family. She was an avid sports fan and long time bowler. Mary Ann loved playing bridge and will always be remembered for her contagious smile.
Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home , 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Mon., Dec. 15 from 3-8 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Louis Abbey at St. Anselm Parish, 530 S. Mason Rd., Creve Coeur on Tues., Dec.16 at 9 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Louis Abbey or St. Agnes Home appreciated.
