Christopher, Rev. Father Patrick Joseph
The Reverend Father Patrick Joseph Christopher was born in Crystal City, Missouri on December 29, 1958, a son to Sidney "Sid" and Agnes Nadine (nee Harston) Christopher. Father Patrick passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024 surrounded by his love ones. He is survived by his sister Rebecca "Becky" (Wayne) Bliss, De Soto, MO; two brothers,: Tim (Colleen) Christopher, O'Fallon, MO and Tom (Connie) Christopher, De Soto, MO; sister-in-law Cindy Christopher, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert Christopher and Ronald Christopher.
Father Patrick was ordained into priesthood on January 12, 1991 and served as Pastor or Assistant Pastor to many parishes throughout the St. Louis Archdiocese. He was a man of deep faith, cherished by his family and revered by his parishioners and fellow priests. His commitment to his faith and community was evident in every aspect of this life. He enjoyed traveling and playing golf. He loved spending time with his friends, family and most importantly his nieces and nephews.
Services: Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8 :00 PM on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at Seven Holy Founders Church, 6741 Rock Hill Rd., St. Louis, MO 63123. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Seven Holy Founders Church. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in De Soto, Missouri following the mass.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the ALS Association.

My dad loved joking around with him, and when my dad passed away, Father Pat brought such comfort to my mom while at Sacred Heart in Valley Park! He was a treasure to the Nahlik family. So sorry for your loss!

We remember so very well your congenial ways, always welcoming smile, your delightful sense of humor and your very thoughtful and engaging homilies. Like so many others, we will continue to remember you very well. We thank God for sharing you with us during your assignment at St. Clare of Assisi parish. Rest in peace.
