Patrick McKay Obituary

McKay, Patrick Jonathan

passed away peacefully on April 29, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald McKay, his mother Phyllis McKay, and his sister, Lauren McKay. He is survived by two sisters, Leslie McKay and Lindsay Martin, and one brother, Tim McKay. Uncle of Ben and Jack Martin, Aidan Philand and Pryor, Evelyn, and Jude McKay.

Patrick had a large circle of friends and was lucky to be able to spend his final months surrounded by those closest to him. He and his family are grateful to his girlfriend, Leah Cole, who took great care of him over the past year. He will always be remembered for his love of music, St. Louis sports, and his unique sense of style.

In lieu of flowers and a service, his family and friends request that you listen to a favorite song, watch a Blues or Cardinals game, and raise a glass in honor of Patrick McKay.

Donations can be made in his honor to the Sheldon Arts Foundation, 3648 Washington Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. See boppchapel.com
