So long pie guy , I enjoyed our
times together ! I remember
one night in Valdosta we were all drinkin in some hooise-bob bar that just happened to have a piano player & you started singing broadway show tunes , then I started singin with ya & I think you were suprised I knew so many of them ! Well a crowd of hillbillies gathered around us and I remembered we knocked em dead with," cab driver once more round the block , then u brought em home with a solo , " on the street were I used to live" ! Great memories ! Great man ! I can only give one compliment but it's the highest I can give , you always reminded me of pop ! RIP Your old pal LUMPY

To the White Family: I am so sorry about the loss of your dad. I will always remember him singing Danny Boy at his birthday party which was so beautiful and his engine company coming to wish him happy birthday. He was a great man which shows in his children. Your parents raised great kids. Gail.... My BFF your dad was so proud of you. You took such great care of your parents when they needed you. Now they are up in heaven together having a great time and probably cracking jokes about all of you. I wish I could be there, but I am there in spirit. I will be thinking of you all tomorrow. Love to you all.

I never had the privilege to know Mr. White personally, but I feel like I have grown to know him over the past few years through his care-giver and daughter Gail. And having met a few of his children in the past 20 years, you can tell that Mr. and Mrs. White were one of a kind parents. They taught their children kindness, respect, and a work ethic that is rare in this day and age. I feel blessed to have at least met some of the people that this man touched in his life. Rest in Peace Mr. White. You've done good.
