Rand Hale and I were young lawyers together. He was always a good attorney and advocate and gentleman in the Courtroom. After I became a Judge, he appeared in front of me hundreds and hundreds of times. He was a good man and a good friend. He will be missed by those who worked with and his many friends. I am very sorry for the loss suffered by his family and friends

Iam sorry for your loss and offer my sincere condolence. May you be comfortade my this words. "there Is going to be a ressurection. Act 24:15. We can't wait for the time when we will be able to see our loved ones again. I will keep the family in my prayers.

Randy was so much fun to be around. He always led the league in sarcasm and his wit was endless. We miss him already.
