I haven't known him for very long but for the very short time that I did I could tell that he was a very caring and loving person. And he will be missed Greatly! My heart goes out to his family.

What do you say about someone who was literally a second father to you? Someone you've known all your life? I'm so sad that he's not here with us. But he will always be in my heart. My heartfelt condolences. Love you. Barb

I was assigned to work with Rich almost 21 years ago when I first came to work at St. Louis County. He helped me out tremendously learning the in's and out's at the County. He was a character and always had a story to tell. He will be missed.
