Roger was one of a select group of friends that formed in grade school (Miller Park) and expanded a bit in high school (Omaha North). We shared many activities, adventures and learning experiences during this time. Our group is smaller by one physically, but still intact as a favored memory.

Roger was a genuinely nice person. He had a great smile and ready laugh. I had the pleasure of working for him for several years. Rest in peace.

I enjoyed working with Roger during my time at Mallinckrodt. Roger was a good, decent person and always a pleasure to be around. He and my father, another longterm Mallinckrodt engineer, remained good friends in retirement. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
