Jill, Bill, Jeana and the girls, I always loved the beautiful Hammerschmidt girls, and that little stinker, Stephen. He was a rascal! This news is devastating, I can't imagine the pain all of you are suffering.

To the Hammerschmidt Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Stephen's passing. I remember him as that sweet little guy who I spent so many hours babysitting. We played silly games, and he made up his own, always keeping me entertained. I'm sorry that I never got to know him as an adult and will pray for your peace and comfort. Best to you all.

Love you Stephen. Miss you tremendously. You were a old soul. I just can't believe you are gone. We had some happy times together. "Unka" Dan and I will always remember the laughs we had together. My heart hurts so very much. I dream of you and think of all the get-togethers at Grams and your mom's.
