Trevor Parrish Obituary

In Loving Memory of Trevor John Parrish who passed from this life Friday November 21st 2025, was born on July 22nd 1994. He succumbed to the battle of DMD Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy after 31 years. He Raced Motocross at age 5 till 10, and earned many great trophies as maybe the only DMD racer in motocross history ever, he learned cnc machining and programming for NASA's International Space station at his high school Austin H.S. in AL and received from the Governor of AL Student of the year award in the Capitol in 2013. He then began racing RC (Remote Control) Offroad cars, (similar to motocross); he became the very 1st Wheelchair racer ever to podium at a national level race in 2018 AMS at Culman AL. Trevor loved deer hunting and the outdoors and was very successful at it. He was also very well known for his amazing photography and had 1000s of followers that viewed his tremendous love for God's creation of all living creatures and animals, and was involved in microphotography as well; his eye for life was absolutely stunning. Trevor 100% could see the true beauty of God our creator in "ALL LIFE", well beyond what most people see. He would change your way of thinking from his perspective as a witness for God, of his creation; that was indeed Trevor's incredible and innocent heart. He was a regular attender of First Free Evangelical church in West County and long-time member of it's Men's Group bible study; he loved both tremendously. We would also like to thank BJC Barnes Hospital (STL) 8th floor ICU, words cannot appropriately describe what these people have done for both my boys, Tyler & Trevor over the last 7 years, the kindness, level of utmost professional skill is through the roof and compassion. We could not even imagine what their final years would have been like without them, they were always there for us, praise be to God !!

Was the son of Mark and Rhonda Parrish. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandfather Jack Moody, Aunts and uncles: Jeff and Cindy Ressler, Marlene and Duane Hada, Amy Moody and many other friends and family.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Loretta Moody, Marielen Parrish, aunt Marie Moody, sister Chelsie Marie Moody and twin brother, Tyler Andrew Parrish.

Visitation will be on Sat. Dec. 6th at First Free Evangelical Church in Balwin MO. 1375 Carmen Rd. from 11:00 a.m., Service at 12:00 noon, 1:30 leave for Gravesite at Chapel Hill in Cedar Hill 6300 HWY 30, 3:00 p.m. leave back to church for Luncheon.

I do not know you and did not know or ever meet Trevor....though I wish I had. What an amazing young man. He loved Gods creations and animals and he certainly seemed to have been one of Gods most perfect pieces of work.

Your family has apparently suffered such great loss and yet you endure one more moment in grief.

I pray Gods blessings of peace and comfort find you and thank you, and Him for Trevor.

I am truly touched and blessed by reading this...Trevor continues to touch people.

A friend in Christ.
