Meyer, Val Larry baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection on Sunday, February 7, 2010. Beloved husband of LaVerne Meyer (nee Schmitz); dearest father of Steven (Dana), Leonard (Elizabeth) and Michael (Cheryl) Meyer, Joan (Leon) Lang and Amy Meyer; cherished grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 4; dear brother of Wilma Willmering and Scholastica Toots Meyer; our dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Services: Visitation Thursday, February 11, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. (at Butler Hill). Memorial Mass Friday, February 12, 11:30 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church. Inurnment with honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials to the de Greeff Hospice House or Birthright appreciated.
