I was in San Francisco when I heard. I am so pleased that, after all the years, I was able to spend some time to renew old times with her. She is wearing her "Princess" crown and red sequined slippers I am quite sure. Anita, the love and compassion you showed for your mom was awesome...I visited mom yesterday and told her that her friend has pasted away..she said "My friend is gone" and I said "yes" ... tears ran down her cheeks..she remembered what they shared Im sure. Anita, so sorry to hear about your mother my thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember it was not long ago we were talking about our mothers when we saw each other at Delmar Gardens. I'm sure the memories you have will help you get through this difficult time.

I will always miss Aunt Ginny but I have a peace knowing that she is in heaven with the Lord Jesus. She was a loving, kind and caring person to everyone she met and came in contact with, she will be greatly missed.

I'll always remember my dear aunt Ginny as a lady of class who loved her family and everyone that entered their home. She never drove a car or worked outside the home but managed to touch many lives. She loved her family, pets, Elvis but most of all Jesus! We shared a special bond and I'll cherish the last days we spent together singing about our Lord and heaven where she is now enjoying total peace and in the presence of Jesus and loved ones who she's missed for so long. Aunt Ginny and my mom Alice shared a special bond as sisters and stayed close through the years. Everyone who knew her loved her. She set an example for us to follow and I will miss her greatly! If we never meet again this side of heaven, I will meet you on that beautiful shore. Praise God!

My husband only met her a couple of times, but could tell she was one of the kindest, most thoughtful women in the world. Boy, was he right - she will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

What a "classy" Lady! She was always dressed to the nines and welcomed you with Elvis and a smile. I will cherish our visits and will miss the "Queen". Prayers and hugs to you and your family, Anita. Pat Valentine
