Beth, Sondra & Mr Shackelford,
May the comfort of your family and friends help you through this difficult time. Mrs Schackelford was such a warm, caring and kind Mom. She brought me home many times from band practice in our early elementary/middle school years. She always had a kind word and a laugh to brighten our day. She was so full of joy-my deepest sympathy to all.

Virginia and Jim were always a fun couple when attending Parkway School Distric social functions. We enjoyed those times with Virginia.

Virginia was a lifetime friend of mine starting in High School days in Meadville. I will miss hearing her sweet voice on the phone. My sincere sympathy goes to Jim and all the family

Miss Virginia as we called her was our fourth grade teacher and what a great teacher she was. She always had a smile on her face,she was so loving and her kindness was wonderful. Sorry for your loss

Miss Virginia was my 4th grade teacher and she was wonderful. It was her first year of teaching and she was a breath of fresh air and kindness to her little students. We all loved her and still do. We are so sorry for her family and for your loss. Prayers for you all.

Please accept my condolences. Virginia was a wonderful person who could light up a room just by walking into it and beaming her smile. We were neighborhood moms together in the sixties, sharing day to day experiences. It was such a joy to have her as a friend. I shall never forget her loving and giving heart, her gracious spirit, and her infectious laugh. I pray that her family is comforted by the memories you share of a very special woman. The day I was introduced to Virginia 12 years ago, she was in the act of doing a kind deed for someone else. I came to realize that was her normal way of interacting witheveryone who was fortunate enough to be called her friend. I shall miss her deeply for the rest of my life. God speed, dear friend.

Virginia was my Aunt. Jim's sister Jackie, my mother. Uncle Jim and Aunt Ginnie's family were some of the best memories of my childhood. The family was close, kind and loving. Peace and love to you all. I will miss her dearly.
