Wally was with me all night at the hospital when our son was born in St Louis. He arrived with a Scotch and Water for me. What a night and what a good friend, we laughed about it for years.

Very sas to hear of Wally's passing. We were room mates in Vietnam on one tour and we worked and flew together when assigned to AVSCOM. We stayed in touch but not nearly enough. We shall miss him and are seding prayers and thoughts to the family.

He was the kindest man I have known. His love of his students at Parkway West will be remembered for a very long time. We are so sorry to hear about his passing.
