Mrs. Mary Ella Ronsonet, 72, was born February 26, 1940 in Biloxi, and passed away July 22, 2012.
Mary Ella was a lifelong resident of Biloxi and a very devoted Catholic and a member of Blessed Seelos Catholic Church. She attended and graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic School in Biloxi. She was most currently employed with Glenmark Apartments where she ended her nearly 45 year career in the public housing sector.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henrietta Roberts and Guy Roberts, her sister, Jo Ann Weekly, her loving aunt and uncle, Frank Duggan Sr. and Carrie Mae Duggan; her niece, Helen Martino; and her former husband, Robert "Bobby" Ransonet.
Mary Ella is survived by her daughter, Kelli Ratcliff (Chris); her son, Lance Ransonet (Constance); her beloved grandchildren, Alexandria Byrd, Leila Ransonet and Zachary McCarthy; her nieces and nephews, Rose Maria Forehand (Tracey), Mary Jo Barnett, Guy Weekly and Michael Weekly; great nieces and nephews, Toby Lee, Michael Lee, James Demoran, Bree Demoran, Debbie Beaugez(Gary), Jamie Suddeth and Amber Barnett; her dear friends, Sarah Randazzo and Amelia "Chi Chi" Scarbourgh; her dear cousin, Frankie Duggan, Jr.; and a host of many, many other friends and family.
Her family and friends was her passion and she loved nothing other than to have the ones she loved around her. She will always be remembered by her loving heart, her wonderful smile and hilarious laughter.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 10am - 11am with an 11am Mass at Blessed Seelos Catholic Church on Lameuse St. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Interment will follow at the Biloxi Cemetery in Biloxi.

I feel very blessed to have met Mary Ella. I had the pleasure of being a part of her sons life and spend time with her family for holiday dinners and enjoyed every minute of it. Fmmily was truly the most important thing to her in her life and I know that she will be missed greatly by her two children and the rest of her family. Rest in Peace Ms. Mary! Mrs. Mary Ella, I'm glad that God allowed us to meet & know you. You were truly a symbol of how people should be. It saddens me to hear of your passing, but God needed you more. I want to say to the family that Mrs. Mary Ella was a good woman & even though she is not here physically, she will always be with you in spirit.
