Myra Tucker Daniel, 93, of Gulfport died Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Gulfport. She was born in Honoraville, AL and had been a resident of Gulfport for over 50 years. She was a member of East Greenville Baptist Church. She retired from Keesler Air Force Base in 1988 where she worked in accounting. She was a very loving grandmother.
Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Daniel; her parents, Albert Newell Tucker, Sr. and Mattie Lucille Morgan Tucker; and a brother, Albert N. Tucker, Jr.
She is survived by a daughter, Patsy Miles and her husband, Steve Sr.; two grandchildren, Steve Miles, Jr. and his wife, Terri and Dayna Roush and her husband Patrick; and four great-granddaughters, Olivia and Victoria Miles and Kaylee and Emerie Roush.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. A graveside service is Wednesday June 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery in Greenville, AL.
The family requests that donations be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children in lieu of flowers.
