I was saddened to hear about the loss of my friend and professional collogue, Matt Miller. Matt was a brillant lawyer with a great sense of humor. I was in depositons with Matt on September 11, 2001. He always joked with me about how we spent 9-11 together. The Broward county legal community has lost one of its best lawyers.

I had the pleasure of knowing Matt as a friend and fellow lawyer since the 1990s. Matt and I were in depositions on September 11 2001. He always used to joke with me about how we spent 9-11 together. Matt was a brillant lawyer and formidible opponent but he was always the consumate professional. I will miss him and his great sense of humor.

My deepest sympathy to your entire family. Matt was a wonderful friend to those of us who were lucky enough to practice law with him. Not only did he have a terrific sense of humor but he was a loving person and a brilliant attorney. He was very proud of his family and often spoke of his love for his wife. He will be remembered fondly and missed by all who knew him!

Dearest Karen: If you can find any solace in this, know that you had an incredibly beautiful 9 years with amazing man that loved you. Matthew was the best friend anyone could ever ask for and just a fine wonderful person that will be missed beyond belief. Anyone that had the chance to be in his life had a richer life because of that. I love you Matthew and will miss you terribly.
