Daniel was such a kind and brave spirit. When he decided he wanted to move to Washington D.C., he did it. When he wanted to go to Chicago for a weekend, he did it. I was always so envious of his confidence. He was so generous to me when I first moved to D.C. he always went out to make sure I felt included and continuously invited me to things around town. He really shaped my early months in D.C. and l feel so lucky that I was able to have crossed paths with such a bright and kind person.

Daniel was at the front desk one evening when my fiancee had come by to see me. We looked in the jar at the front desk that normally has chocolate hershey kisses but they were finished. Dan saw the look of disappointment on my fiancee's face and said, "would you like some chocolate?" She said yes. Daniel reached around and came up with a Hershey's chocolate bar that he gave her. Such a sweet loving guy. Your parents and family did an amazing job raising you. Touched more people with joy in 26 years than most people do in a full lifetime. Wishing you a wonderful life in your next journey. Peace

Dear Tim, Jessie, Simon, and Christopher,
Although I knew Daniel for only a few months, he was such a bright star. Despite his short time on earth, he touched more lives with his generosity and wit than most have in a lifetime. Please accept my deepest condolences.

When I met Daniel ......it was at Wework in Washington, DC. It was around the time games of thrones season 7 was still showing and I would always joke that he was the "last Stark." I work for FedEx Ground so I meet lots of people, but Danny you got to love this guy. One day at the end of my rough work week he offered me a drink, a nice shot of tequila. We fist bumped and simultaneously said, "Bros 4 life." Rest in power brother I will see you at the end of my journey.
