Betty, with all of the vicissitudes of her life, remained steadfast, open, involved with her family and fun. She had keen insights to all around her and deep love for all her grand children. It was a pleasure to have been her brother-in-law. I will miss her.

We will remember Betty for her beautiful smile, easy laughter, good stories, quick wit, great hugs and, ever so often, that mischievous twinkle in her eye. She was a good and kind hearted woman who endeared herself to all who knew her. She had a spunky and generous spirit. She loved her family. She loved her friends. She ate desert first. She snuck food to all the pups. Nothing not to like in any of that. God's speed and good rest. With love - Leslie, Chris and Murphy
