Just watched Easy to Love! She was so beautiful while being so athletic! I swim for exercise and can't imagine making a major movie while swimming and making it look so easy. She seemed like a nice person who appreciated the life she had.

My heartfelt sympathy to Esther William's family. She was my favorite movie star since I was a child of the 1950's. I wanted to grow up and be just like her. I would watch her movies and then imagine myself in them. I still closely watch the release of any of her movies on DVD and buy them instantly. My religious beliefs are that one day God will resurrect Esther Williams with the chance to live forever here on earth. I look forward to that day.

Growing up, Esther Williams was my favorite movie star. Because of her, swimming was always my favorite sport. Her grace in & out of the water was perfection! Saw her give a one women show/discussion at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables a few years ago. Wanted to tell her I admired her so much, I had to marry a Williams, so I would feel like we were related, and after all these years, she still looked so young and beautiful. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I love her humility, beauty, and talent. I loved swimming too and later became a
certified swimming instructor from the Red Cross and taught children to swim when I was twenty. She helped teach me the importance of goals. I became a faculty member at Auburn University,Auburn,Al. in family life education. Who knows enough about that
before marriage??Not enough folks!
Thanks for the memories and my sympathy to her family.
