James Manoli

Manoli Manoli, James Joseph longtime resident of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., passed away peacefully with his family at his side on February 20, 2010 at the age of 74. Born to Grace and Mike Manoli, in Glouchester, Mass., he was the third of six children. He attended Soldan Blewett High School and went on to own several successful businesses including Cypress Creek Mobile Home Country Club in Ft. Lauderdale. He was a devoted and loving husband of 54 years to J. Elaine Roberts Manoli, a caring father to his children Mary Dana, Jim Jr. and his wife Maria, and to his grandchildren: Jim III, Sarah, Alexandra, Nicole and Zachary. Dear brother to Katherine Horenkamp, Mo., Marie Mazzola, Mo., Despina Kiernan, Ark., and Anthony Manoli, Mo. He is predeceased by his parents and brother George Manoli. Jim enjoyed building model airplanes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He shared his residency between Florida and Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at Calvary Chapel , 2101 W. Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, on March 6th at 12 noon. Following the service a gathering of friends and family will be held at the Manoli home. A Memorial Service will be held in June in Mo.
