James Tunkey Obituary
Jim was preceded in death by his late wife, Mary V. (Ginny) Tunkey, the mother of his sons; parents, Bill and Polly Tunkey of Pompano Beach, FL and brother Chris Tunkey. Jim spent over 30 years as an Owner/Agent for Allstate Insurance Company.
A service for Jim will be held at 10:30am on July 1, 2022 at the Chapel of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1500 South State Road 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Golden Retriever Rescue League of South Fl.

Our sincere sympathies to the entire Tunkey family. Jim was our agent when we relocated in 1984, meeting him at the Deerfield Beach office. Later, he moved to Coral Springs and was our agent until his retirement. His caring nature and knowledge served us well through many claims, questions and revisions. Jim was a true gentleman. May your precious memories bring comfort to you.

There really are no words that can help the emotional pain of a loved one that has left. My heart goes out to you. I meet Jim when I got insurance from All State. He was the best. I´ll always remember the fun final football play off,s at their home. There was so much fun and memories. Everyone will surely miss you.
