American Legion Post 385

O God of mercy, peace and love, we remember before you in this moment our comrade and friend – JORDAN DEWITT RAILEANU. We recall with gratitude and respect all that he stood for in his life. Help us to live in the companionship of his spirit, and to continue in the circles where we together moved as much of his purpose as we can. May we be kind to the friends and family he loved; devoted to the community in which he lived; loyal to the causes which he served.

Dear Elaine,
My condolences to you and the family. Although I didn't know him-other than the few times we met, it was obvious how perfectly suited to each other you two were and how much you valued your lives together. I just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and that despite this sorrowful beginning of a New Year, you will find Peace and Hope in the new one. With My Love & A Hug, Judy Sisselman, Parksville, New York.

Dear Elaine and the Raileanu family. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Jordan was a great man...both a community and synagogue leader. It was my pleasure to get to know him over the past few years. Through his contributions to both Century Village and the Village Reform Congregation his name and memory will live on.

To Elaine and family.
Our deepest condolences on the loss of Jordan. He was a great man, and devoted many years of hard work (often unappreciated) and love to the community of Century Village, Pembroke Pines. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live on.
