Josline Augustin Obituary
Months later when her unemployment payments stopped, she couldn't afford the rent on her house. She put most of her belongings in storage and moved in with her family.
On Wednesday, she returned to Peoples Storage in Miami to retrieve some blankets -- only to be shot and killed in an apparent robbery in the facility's parking lot.
Augustin, a mother of four, moved from Haiti to Miami about three decades ago. She was close to her family, speaking daily with her brother.
On Friday, Augustin would have turned 56.
