Dusty,

The boys and I miss you terribly. I guess I was in denial about your illness. You've always been so strong and I expected you to walk out of that hospital at any time. I regret not having you here with me at the end.

I saw the most beautiful star shining through a small clearing in a cloudy night right after your funeral. It looked like the Star of Bethlehem. It helped me know you are with Top Cat, your mom, Sookie, Joe and so many other loved ones who left us too soon. Thanksgiving won't be the same, nor will Christmas. Thank you for your inspirational faith.
Love,
Dana
