Just yesterday, my phone rang and it was Dr. Giusto´s office. I´m not willing to change the contact name. He will always be my doctor. I hope your sons and your wife are doing okay.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Guisto for 15 + years and he was the finest man we had the pleasure of having as our physician, I literally felt like he was a family member just because of the compassion he showed and how much he cared. We miss him very much but know that he is with our Heavenly Father for he was a very special man.

It is still so difficult to believe he is gone. I worked for him and his wife and it was my privilege to do so. I never felt like I was going to work but felt like I was with family. He was an amazing physician who had true compassion for his patients. He never rushed them and was truly interested in who they were. They don´t make doctors like that anymore. He was wise and so knowledgeable about so many subjects. I miss him dearly and not a day goes by that I don´t think of him.

To the family and loved ones of our doctor and dear friend, Louis Guisto: I was so saddened to learn only today of Dr. Guisto's passing. As I read other messages here, both my husband and I were his patients for over 25 years, and we were blessed to have him as a friend. We also inquired exhaustively about his health and always held out hope that he would come back to work. I have never had a doctor who spent more time listening than talking; yet always had the most compassionate, caring advice when he did speak. When about 6 years ago, I suffered not one, but 2 strokes 90 days apart while still of working age, Dr. Guisto became a lifeline for me and my husband when our future seemed so fragile and uncertain. He really helped us to navigate this incredibly difficult time, and to accept limitations that had to be, as well as celebrate what battles were won. We will be eternally grateful that we had the tremendous good fortune to have had him in our lives as long as we did. By now too much time has already passed for these sentiments to be expressed; but today they are very fresh and so real to us. We hope that you may understand how much this wonderful family man is both loved and missed.

Dr. G was my MD for over 20 years. There is no other MD who has the bedside manner, passion and concern about his patients' well-being more than Dr. G. During my annual visits we would talk mainly about soccer and my soccer refereeing, and very little about my health.... I remember the times seeing Dr. G and his father up in the stands at Lockhart stadium during the Ft Lauderdale Strikers days while I officiated on the field. He would call down to the field and give me a smile and wave. His father would be in the office at times and we would have soccer-talk. These are the fond memories I have of Dr. G. He was a GREAT man. God's blessings to the entire Giusto family. RIP Dr. G

I am so saddened to hear of his passing. He was my doctor for over 20 years and was not only my doctor but became my friend. He saved my life after some tests were done and was right on it to have me taken care of. He would always make me feel good for a doctors visit and took the time to listen to my issues and provide the correct prescriptions for me. I am devastated by the loss of him, as they don't make them like him anymore. To this great mans family....please accept my profound sympathy of such a great man. God Bless His Beautiful Soul.

I just found out about his passing. My heart is broken. He was such a wonderful soul and will be missed. He loved his job and taking great care of his patients. He hated the electronics part of his job and made me laugh every time he would voice it. He was always there when needed. I am blessed to have known him. Prayers to his family and friends.

Dr Giusto was a great doctor to all of his patients. My wife worked with him for a few years and during that time and after he was our primary care doctor. Always thorough and kept us well informed while taking care of us. We were sad to hear of his passing today and send our thoughts to his family in this sad time.

I was a patient of Dr Giusto for over 20 years. I was shocked and saddened to here of his passing. He was truly a great doctor and person. I only usually saw him once a year for my physical and bloodwork. He always joked that I should frame my blood work results because they were always really good. He never rushed a visit would answer any questions you had. I don’t think I will find another doctor like him. My heart is sad today. I am sending my condolences to his family.

To the Giusto family,
Please know that your husband and father, was not only our family doctor but he was our friend. We tried endlessly to find out how he was. We hope that you received our messages and card. He was an exceptional doctor and person. His compassion, caring nature, understanding and competence set him aside from everyone else. He will never be replaced. I hope that you can find comfort in knowing that he took care of us all. We will miss him. I know that our mother welcomed him to heaven with open arms. Love to you all from the Clancy, Ciolek, and Gallerani families.

Dr. Giusto has been my doctor for many many years. Dr. Giusto has always taken great care of me. When I would go see Dr. Giusto he would always great you with a warm smile and would talk to you in a very calm and reassuring tone.
I remember one time I was very sick and at work, Dr. Giusto made room for me and saw me right away, he admitted me to the Hospital right away, but at the hospital when I saw him I told him I drove myself he said “you did what”? We had a good laugh and needless to say he got me threw it.
Thank you Doctor Giusto for being my doctor and my friend.
