Mark was a client of mine from the time he moved to Florida. I always looked forward to having him my chair, the whole visit was full of laughs and joking. I will always remember him for his smiles and sense of humor. Rest in peace my friend - you will not be forgotten.

Edgar, Carol, and Marilyn,
I knew Mark for a short time while he lived in Norfolk. I enjoyed his passion for books and old movies. I remember he always loved "Rebecca" and I see he named his dog Rebecca. I didn't get to visit him in Ft. Lauderdale but thought of him often. He will be missed by friends everywhere.
I'm glad he is at peace and with Rebecca. God Bless you all.

I met Mark through mutual friends in the early 1990's, and although it has been a number of years since I have seen him, I fondly remember being a guest at his home in Virginia and his visit to our home in Nashville. I am deeply saddened at his passing and offer my condolences to the family.

My most sincere sympathies upon your loss. I had the good fortune to work with Mark at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then when I left the firm he was a partner on my account during the mid '90's. I admired his intelligence and felt that I learned a great deal from him. He always cared about the people he worked with and my wife and I will always remember what a great host he was at the parties we attended at his home.

Dear Edgar, Carol, and Marilyn,
I knew Mark/Stan at TJHS. I have so many memories of our group of friends that included Jonathan Hill, Mike Hill, Fran Broome, Garey Eakes, Jana Stultz, and others. I double dated with him and his date for our Prom! Used to visit him at UVa... then lost contact with him. I am so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing person, so full of life and energy. I will be praying for you during this time. I thank God for the memories I have of Mark. I am glad he is at peace. God bless you all.

I'll remember Mark as the fun loving and mischevious friend and frat brother at UVa. He taught me much about enjoying life even as it seemed he worked too hard. Until later my friend.

I still live in the area and I drive around the nieghborhood often. I am saddened to hear of Mark's passing. I remember many happy times at the Beery house building homecoming floats. I remember great times talking with Mr. and Mrs. Beery. I pray that you know comfort at this time and look forward to seeing Mark "Stan" in the world to come. Garey Eakes 73'

Dear Edgar,Carol & Marilyn,
It was just at Christmas that I stopped Edgar in his driveway to tell him that Trip died in October. He told me that Stan had not been well. I am so sorry to hear of his death. When I go through Pinecrest and pass your old house I think of all the good memories we had there. I know what it feels like to loose a sibling and my thoughts are with you all.

I went to elementary school with Stan, and later had classes with him in high school. We went to college together at UVA. He was a good soul. We'll toast him, wishing him well on his next adventure. Cheers to you Stan!
