Mary "Kack" Vogler

VOGLER WINSTON-SALEM ~ Mary "Kack" Vogler Nov. 4, 1928 ~ Dec. 17, 2011 Mrs. Mary "Kack" Vogler, age 83, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Village Care of King. She was born on November 4, 1928 in Forsyth County to the late Moscoe T. and Georgia Vaughn Sapp. Mrs. Vogler retired as a waitress and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Mrs. Vogler is survived by two granddaughters, Staci (Paul) Edwards, of Pfafftown, Lori (Scott) Gibson, of Pfafftown; seven great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Ruby Norman, of Winston-Salem, two brothers-in-law, Earlie (Goldie) Vogler, of Pfafftown and Charles (Mary Lee) Vogler, of Winston-Salem. Mrs. Vogler was preceded in death by her husband, Coy L. Vogler; two daughters, Linda K. Vogler, Becky V. Nelson; and one great-granddaughter, Brooke Edwards. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Charles Vogler and Pastor Glinard Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 19, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Huff Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Staci and Paul Edwards, 5380 Seven Hills Road, Pfafftown, NC 27040. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Archie Long, 4412 Vienna Dozer Road Pfafftown, NC 27040.
