Dear Claudia and Family,
It has been six years already and still miss Mick and you. Will always cherish the great times together and will never forget. Claudia, I don't know who reads these things, but I will always respond when prompted with pleasure and nostalgia, and hope you receive the message.

Dear Claudia,
It is hard to believe it has already been two years since the passing of our Mick. Sharon and I were moved by the great showing at his memorial, and we were very glad we attended. I miss him now, and I will always love the Big Guy forever. Please be well, and let us hear from you occasionally.
Love Always to You and Family, Bill Longmuir

Claudia:
I'm so sorry to hear of Micky's passing. What a terrific guy. I'll always remember his kindness and professional workmanship during all the times we used American Household. Moving me from Coral Springs, moving Skip and I from the condo and 3 different moves for my aging mother. It all would have been so difficult if not for Micky's help.

I hope he and Skip and Chipper Hodges are having a big reunion in Heaven.

Take care of yourself.
God Bless you...

He will be missed. I will always remember we were preparing to play a team that outweighed our offensive line including me. I suggested to the coach that we get our defensive linemen in the backfield on short yardage situations running in an I formation. Coach called the play telling Mickey to run up my back and jump off my head. Mickey immediately said to our QB give me the ball. I called time out to ask the coach to explain what he said was a figure of speech. One look at Mickey made me wonder if Mickey understood it was a figure of speech or what he was going to doWhen the center hiked the ball I blocked the guy in front of me and I was face down with the guy below me. Mickey came running and plopped right on top of me. We roared laughing He had a sense of humor. I'm glad he came to our 50th Reunion. Please accept my condolences

The memories I have of Micky are many and varied. The great times at Fort Lauderdale High School, class of 1967. The crazy hi-jinks in Tallahassee and Florida State University at the Tempo, Rathskellar, and Pastime. Watching FSU football games over the years, cheering and crying with the Seminoles. Baiting and bantering with each other in idiotic comedy routines. Meeting after work on Fridays at Lester's Bar with the crew from American Household. The many high school reunions. And so on, and so on. I could go on for too long. Love you, buddy. I will miss you. Rest in Peace.

Hard to put in words what Micky meant to so many of us in our high school days. So full of life, funny, and just a great guy to be around. Claudia and Mickey are the example of a true love that started in their high school days. Thoughts are with Claudia and family.
