Michael F. "Mike" Driver

Michael "Mike" Driver, 68, died early July in Port St. Lucie, FL. He was the son of Lloyd Driver and Zelma B. Driver, both deceased. Mike was the dockmaster for Lauderdale Marina in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for 34 years before his retirement; he was an avid diver and marine enthusiast. He was also involved in animal welfare causes as well as a former member of the 6th Regiment Civil War Reenactment attachment. Mike is survived by his sisters Patricia McIntyre of Burlington, NC, and Nancy Spainhour of Chapin, SC, and brothers Jim Driver of Burlington, and Donald Driver of Greensboro, NC.
