Patricia Breese Obituary

BREESE HOBE SOUND, FL Patricia Murphy Breese Oct. 13, 1939 - Feb. 4, 2013 Ms. Patricia Murphy Breese passed away peacefully on February 4, 2013 at St. Catherine's West in North Miami, Florida under the care of Catholic Hospice. She was born October 13, 1939 in New York City, New York, the daughter of Helen Ryan Murphy and Edward J. Murphy. Patricia, affectionately known as Pat, has resided in various places up and down the Eastern Seaboard throughout her lifetime. The past fifteen years have been spent living in Hobe Sound, Florida with her devoted sister, Mary Ellen Murphy Mix. Pat loved and treasured her family. She is survived by sons, James Patrick Breese, wife Diane Stockton Breese, their children Tori and Timmy of Weston, Florida and Thomas Edward Breese, wife Carolyn Phillips Breese, their children Megan and Matt of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Ellen Murphy Mix of Hobe Sound, numerous beloved nieces, nephews and many loyal and loving friends. Pat was a devout Catholic and enjoyed volunteering at her local Catholic Churches and most recently at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, Florida. Pat will be forever remembered for her kind and fun - loving demeanor. She cherished time spent with her grandchildren as they brought immeasurable joy into her life. Pat will be missed by all, but the wonderful memories made throughout a lifetime with loved ones will be fondly remembered always. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at a date soon to be determined. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Pat's name to Catholic Hospice, 19875 NW 77th Avenue, Suite 100, Miami, Florida 33014.
