My parents had a business 6 blocks away,so, every chance I could, I went to his shop. God bless Paul and the Searstown mall.

I was born and raised in Wilton Manors and visited his shop in Searstown whenever I could. I was about 9 years old and told Paul I had seen a magician on TV throw a silk into the air and it became a snake. He said, I don't have that but I can make you one. He went to the back, grabbed a silk scarf and a wire-spring snake and assembled it in minutes. He then showed me how to compress the snake and keep it in my hand and release it with the silk attached, which went inside the snake. I'll never forget that. He would always show me a magic trick if he wasn't busy and was the nicest guy to a young kid. I bought several tricks from him through the years, but will always remember what a good heart he had. Rest in Peace Paul. We ALL Miss you !!!!

I was sad to hear of Paul's passing. I so enjoyed watching Paul talk and demonstrate magic. Talking to his lovely wife was also a treat. One day she told me some stories about Mohammad Ali who they knew. I won an award at the Colon Get-Together convention. When Paul saw me go onstage to receive the award he yelled "Hey the fat kid won" I was actually thrilled to hear that from him.

I am saddened at the news. I meet Paul in 1973 at a TAOM convention. Mr Humble was a magic dealer extraordinaire. He scared me at first but, when I got to really know him. Well there is no other word for it, it was Magical. He helped me so much with my magic and I bought a lot from him over the years I could call him up and we would have some great conversations. I attended a lot of lectures of he gave and he never disappointed . Always entertaining , what a guy. I really Loved him and I think he knew how much I cared. I will truly miss his humor and wit ,but most of all, him just being there when all us Magicians need him RIP my Friend. May God bless and comfort the Diamond family at this time.
