Peter Hoyt Obituary
Peter managed the Purchasing Department at Broward Bolt for 28 years, and considered his work friends to be his close family. A talented drummer, obsessive music collector, animal lover, and a great cook, Peter's friends and hobbies brought him joy and fulfillment throughout his life.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Donations can be made in Peter's memory to: Save The Music Foundation (savethemusic.org), Team Sheriff Motorsports (teamsheriffmotorsports.us), and National Foundation for Cancer Research (nfcr.org). The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to the caregivers at Hospice by the Sea Boca (Trustbridge) for giving extraordinary aid and comfort to Peter in his time of need.

Pete was my best friend ever like a brother but closer, Nobody was like him, truly do anything for someone in need. Most honest person I ever meet! We need more people like him on this planet earth.
We would talk just about everyday even after he moved back to Florida we still stayed in touch just about everyday. He did a great Mr Haney impression from Green Acres! More laughs till my belly hurt.
Music, stereo equipment, and listening to records were the most popular subjects. I play a lot of Led Zeppelin lately ...his favorite. LOVE him and
MAN I Miss him more and more every day! RIP Brother.
