Sue and I were the closest of friends for the last 20 years. We first met because of our shared love of animals, as volunteers for the Humane Society. We had much in common, including both being TV fanatics, and even worked together at the same job for a couple of years. She was my go to person and was always there for me during all the highs and lows of life. There was no one who knew me better, and I can't remember ever having a bad word between us in all that time. When I needed a pet-sitter, she was there. When my friends visited, whom she had never met, she was their tour guide. When my husband Tony died, she helped coordinate the arrangements. Sue was a true giver and caretaker. She did not just ask if she could help, she took action. The world has lost a very valuable person way too soon, who contributed so much to so many. I am truly heartbroken, and there is no one I will miss more.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Sue was a warm, loving, devoted friend. May it help to know that friends are sharing the sorrow you feel in your heart. Let the comfort of friends and family be your strength now and in the days ahead. My prayers and thoughts and with you all.

Brian, I am so sorry, I had no idea of what you were going thru. I too got to see the very giving side of your beautiful wife. She will not be forgotten.
My deepest Sympathy,

Sue, even though I only knew you for a few years, I feel as though we connected as good friends. I met you at America's Moms for Soldiers and you took me into your heart and under your wing as you guided me into the world of being charitable. I thank you for that. You were a warm and giving person, not only with people, but also with the animals you so dearly loved. We enjoyed talking about our families, our pets, and our Soaps :) and always remembering our soldiers in their time of need. You will be missed, my friend, but not forgotten. With Love, Nancy

Even at a time of such unexpected sadness, love and memories endure and they will stay with you forever. I will warmly remember the times spent with Sue at America's Moms for Soldiers. Sue always greeted everyone with a smile and you knew she was happy to see you. She will be missed.

I only knew Sue for a short time at Mom's for Soldiers.
She was always there with a smile on her face and
a hug. Enjoyed talking about Kentucky and her Kentucky
friend. Will miss her.

Suzie, you were the first friend in my life and we were always there for each other through all the happy times and sad times. We were the first person each other called to share news, weather it be good or bad, laughed,(sometimes we laughed so hard it hurt) cried on each others shoulders, gave each other advice, kept secrets, all the things good friends do. We had a wonderful time celebrateing our 50 years of friendship 4 years ago with a fun weekend at Disney World. It was Soap week, just what we both loved and discussed many times. You and Brian were considered a member of our family and you know we VERY MUCH loved both of you. I just can't express how much I will miss my friend, and how grateful I feel to have shared your life with you. Love Sharon
