Tara Marie Gaudet

Gaudet, Tara Marie, 29, of Parkland, Fl, died tragically Aug 29, 2009 of an accidental drowning. Tara was born April 4, 1980 at Rockville General Hospital the beloved daughter of Raymond and Norma (Dumais) Gaudet of Parkland, FL and Noank, CT. During Tara growing up years she attended schools in Norfolk, MA, Tolland, CT and Coral Springs, Fl. She also attended Broward College in Ft Lauderdale, FL. While attending college she worked at Alphabet Land Nursery School where she received employee of the year in the late 90's. Tara loved playing the piano and spending time with friends and family. She worked at various locations near Coral Springs, FL holding a variety of positions in the restaurant business. Besides her parents she is survived by her brother Raymond Gaudet Jr. of Tallahassee, FL, her sister and her husband Megan Gaudet-Haggerty and Adam Haggerty, a niece Layna Haggerty all of Coral Springs, Fl, maternal grandmother Egline Dumais of Ellington, paternal grandmother Dorothy Ulrich-Davis of Tolland, many aunts, uncles and cousins including Norman and Debby Dumais of Windsor Locks, Patricia Keenan of Enfield, Ron, Susan and Ryan Koprek of Ellington, Mike, Nancy ,Sarah and Danielle Dumais of Ashford, Dale, Lesley, Rachael and Joshua Dumais of Coventry, Todd and Anna Dumais of Wallingford, and Tracy Dumais who travels the world, her godfather Joseph Ulrich and Jo-An Ulrich both of Tolland, Joyce St. Jean of North Port, FL, Edward and Joan Kasche of Somers, Rob, Jenny, Ariella and Jordan Wanzo of Springfield, MA, Edward Kasche of NY, Elaine and Herman Huot of Hyde Park, MA and their family Agnes, Kathy and Kurt. She also leaves her precious cat of 15 years Jasmine. Friends may gather Saturday Sept 5, 2009 at St Bernard's Church, 25 St Bernard's Terrace, Rockville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Burial will follow in St Edward's Cemetery, Stafford Springs. Relatives and friends may call at the Tolland memorial Funeral Home, 375 Merrow Rd (RT 195) Tolland on Friday from 5 to 8 PM.
